   Johnson & Johnson defendants have removed another talc-based powder exposure lawsuit to federal court, maintaining that complete diversity of citizenship is present.

   Defendants Johnson & Johnson and Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. removed the complaint to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri on June 22. The same day, the defendants filed a motion to dismiss one of the plaintiff’s claims for lack of personal jurisdiction and improper venue.
