    Rough transcript: a lawsuit is in place this morning against the makers of oxycontin over the drug's addictiveness. the lawsuit targets connecticut based purdue pharma as well as johnson and johnson, and endo health solutions. officials say the companies encouraged doctors to prescribe powerful painkillers without properly warning them of the risks of addiction. last year, purdue pharma settled a similar lawsuit with the state of kentucky for 24 milion-dollars.
