Women, are you as flexible and strong as you were in your younger days?

You may not realize it but health experts say we begin to lose bone mass around age 30.

"Because we start to lose our testosterone around that time and testosterone keeps the bones strong. And so when we begin to lose those components that keep our bones strong we're more apt to get Osteoporosis," explains Radonna Pirkle
Here's a staggering number I found: two million bones break in the United States every year.

...There are several treatments for osteoporosis like this one chosen by Actress Sally Field who was diagnosed with the disease just before her 60th birthday.

Radonna Pirkle, Savannah Chatham Imaging Physician Assistant says osteoporosis can be reversed.

“Calcium, dairy products, muscle building activity weight bearing activity. walking, running, bicycling all those things that we can do without taking medication. That would help this.  It's like changing the oil in your car….pretty much you just gotta keep up with it you know. We upgrade out house don't we? We have to upgrade us as well," explains Pirkle...
