  1. Attorneys Join Forces To Investigate Zofran's Link To Birth Defects

    As allegations against pharmaceutical conglomerate GlaxoSmithKline mount, Monheit Law has assembled a coalition of distinguished plaintiffs’ attorneys to investigate claims that the anti-nausea drug Zofran may cause birth defects.

    ...Following these allegations, Monheit Law has joined with an alliance of attorneys to investigate the claims of parents and birth defect survivors who believe they may have been harmed by prenatal exposure to Zofran.

    Monheit Law is led by Michael Monheit, Esq., an attorney with over 20 years of trial experience. As the father of a child with special needs, Michael draws on personal experience to provide compassionate counsel to parents of children born with congenital defects. He sits on the board of The Cleft Lip And Palate Foundation of Smiles, a non-profit organization where he offers support to families affected by orofacial clefts. Mr. Monheit has litigated many notable cases involving large pharmaceutical companies. As chair of the American Association for Justice’s Fosamax Litigation Group, Mr. Monheit advocated for the rights of individuals who developed esophageal cancer after being prescribed Fosamax.
